Il progetto prevede la realizzazione di un piano interrato adibito a parcheggio, deposito, servizi e impianti; un piano terreno comprendente hall, ingresso stabilimento, uffici, sala polivalente, bar, ristorante, centro fitness, piscina, aree verdi, cabine in legno, promenade panoramica, un primo piano con camere d'albergo tutte con bagno ed ampio terrazzo; tetto-giardino-solarium in copertura.
Come un onda del mare lo spazio architettonico si inflette, crea una continuitā organica tra la terra e il mare, dall'interno genera un nuovo moto centrifugo verso l'esterno , uno spazio aperto verso l'infinito, il non compiuto, il divenire della natura e dell'uomo.

Inside the plant are located an underground floor for car parking, warehouse, plants and services; a ground floor including hall, offices, multifunction space, bar, restaurant, fitness center, swimming pool, green areas, bathing-huts, scenic promenade, a first floor with hotel rooms provided with private bathroom and huge terrace; a solarium roof garden at the top .
Like a sea wawe the architectonical space bends, creates an organig continuity between the ground and the sea, from inside it generates a new centrifugal motion to outside, a space opened towards the infinite, the unfinished, the becoming of the nature and the man.
